I had some competing priorities the past couple of weeks and unfortunately. I am glad to report that Week 8 Training Week 7.

Running, life, and all that comes with it. Run with the Beavers 5 mile Trail Race Recap. The race started out, uphill, on a dirt path. There were close to 90 runners. The race director gave us some instructions, to keep us on the right path and we were off. 5 miles, the winner of the 10 mile race PASSED ME! He ended up finishing 10 miles a few minutes faster than I finished 5. Pretty amazing stuff! A recap .

Thankful is an adjective meaning pleased and relieved or expressing gratitude and relief. Studies show that being thankful has some potent effects on your health. Some of these effects include a healthier heart, better sleep, being more optimistic and making new friends. This week, I am thankful for my Impi Balega.
